on week 2 of the vlog, we are staging/interning for a one-night pop-up dinner hosted by Chef Yosuke Suga of SUGALABO in Los Angeles. Yosuke Suga, the chef/owner of SUGALABO Inc, joined the Joël Robuchon Group at the age of 25. Over his 16-year career, he worked his way up to the position of executive chef and Robuchon's right-hand man. In 2014, he left the Robuchon group and started SUGALABO, a highly coveted 20-seat restaurant in Tokyo. SUGALABO earned the LA LISTE World No.1 Restaurant spot in 2020 and 2021, and Suga-san earned the LA LISTE No. 1 French Chef in the world.
