i wasted 5 years learning Japanese... (what i would do different)
In today's video i go over how i got into learning Japanese sometime in 2019 as a full time YouTuber & i explain most of the methods i have used as well as some of the things that i wished that i would have done differently. I forgot to mention a few extra apps i have used before switching to LingQ but maybe i will save that for another video.
The TLDR of the video is
Step 1: Learn Hiragana & Katakana
Step 2: Get Anki and use the recommended deck for the most common words (Immerse as much as possible always) Don't Study Kanji alone
Step 3: Either continue with Anki making your own cards from your selected media or switch to reading but just do a lot of it with online dictionaries.
