To answer why I never played Oblivion, this game initially released in 2006 when I was first getting into the MMORPG genre, so playing games like Runescape and WoW for the first time then the following year I was big into FPS with games like halo 3 and modern warfare 1 as well as twiddling my fingers on guitar hero 3, no regrets really, it was a fantastic time for gaming. The only Bethesda game I’ve ever really sunk a decent amount of time into was Elder Scrolls Online but with that being an MMO I’d imagine it’s a lot different to Oblivion.
