I just decluttered 90% of my stuff. I am leaving my apartment after 4.5 years and will be living out of a single suitcase for a while. So I had to clear out all corners of the apartment, go through bathroom cabinets, kitchen shelves, and stuff I stored under the bed. Declutter everything. Go full extreme minimalism.
In his book The Untethered Soul, Michael Singer writes: “We’re really not trying to be free of our stuff; we’re trying to justify keeping it.” I realized how true that is when I had to minimize and declutter all my possessions.
in this video I want to share what it was like, how it felt, and some of the lessons I learned in the process.
