I discovered heaven on Italy's Ligurian coast: Bordighera, a hidden gem for summer travel.

I had the sublime opportunity to visit Bordighera in Liguria with a few friends this summer, and had the time of my life. Such a beautiful place, full of fascinating history, miles of pristine coastline, and obviously the best food in the world. Bordighera is relatively a secret still, only 40 minutes to the infamous Monaco in France, it has all the same beauty and wonder, but is so much more friendly and accessible. You can rent e-bikes, dine on the beach, explore ancient towns, swim in mountain waterfalls, horseback ride, or just chill. I fell in love (hard) there ... and am so happy to share this little poem to a stunner of a city. Gold Hotel: Where I stayed.
