HyperDeck and Locked Box Sources - What's New in MixEffect 1.0.6
This video describes the new features, enhancements, and bug fixes in MixEffect 1.0.6. Highlight features include: - Locked Box Sources: Lock individual box sources when the Use Box Sources setting is enabled for a preset. This feature allows you to set the box sources for say Boxes 1 and 2 but not Boxes 3 and 4. By default, enabling Use Box Sources for a preset the first time will set all boxes to be locked. Choose Edit Preset when long-pressing a preset from the View All Presets page to adjust your locked boxes. - HyperDeck support. Control up to four Blackmagic Design HyperDeck recorders and playback devices from MixEffect. Use the Send HyperDeck Command to control additional HyperDecks on your network. - Read the complete 1.0.6 release notes: https://docs.mixeffect.app/support/version-history/version-1.0.6 00:00 - What is a HyperDeck? 02:00 - HyperDecks controls in MixEffect 05:22 - Switching SD cards slots 06:17 - Playback controls 06:49 - Jog wheel 07:21 - Record and Playback mode 09:16 - Send HyperDeck Command shortcut 10:08 - Locked Box Sources 13:30 - Next and Previous SuperSource Preset 14:39 - Data Preservation 15:37 - Set SuperSource Cascade Layout 16:32 - User Interface 17:11 - Video Follows Audio Links - Tom Q's Tech Tips: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCgleIGxt_JA9kUH7H4Q4Qsg - Video Follows Audio livestream with Aaron Parecki: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E1nI5-p35AE MixEffect is a professional tool for controlling Blackmagic ATEM switchers from your iPhone or iPad. - Learn more at: https://mixeffect.app - Try MixEffect Pro for free for 30-days: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/mixeffect/id1555812675
