Car crashes cause absolute mayhem on the M25 Motorway, can the traffic officers get the roads moving again? With around 200,000 people using the M25 every day, rush hour is usually chaotic, and things are particularly bad in this episode. Two traffic collisions have brought the entire area of Dartford to a standstill, and operator Emily is under pressure in the M25 Northern Control Room as rush hour begins to heat up. Out on the road, traffic officers Simon and Gary are dealing with a four-car pile-up that is blocking two lanes and fellow officers Andy and Keith attend a nasty crash between a lorry and a commuter who has suspected neck injures. Andy and Keith have to keep the emergency services safe on the motorway while they deal with the casualty. In the midst of all the drama, maintenance crew members Jack and Jamie are clearing up a lay-by full of rubbish and human waste left by lorry drivers.
