How To Workout With Ankylosing Spondylitis | 5 Tips For When Exercise HURTS!
I've lived with Ankylosing Spondylitis for a decade. If you have Ankylosing Spondylitis too, chances are you know that exercise is one of the best things you can do for your body. In this video, I talk about my top 5 strategies for making my workouts more manageable: always building up and working progressively, easing into movement after time off, the importance of a proper (and sometimes very long) warmup, getting adequate rest, always balancing strength AND flexibility, and building up an exercise toolkit so you always have something to do regardless of how your body feels that day.
I hope this helps, leave any questions below!
