Hello! I love my Emile Henry Baguette Baker! Sometimes a girl needs a change and bake other types of breads besides sourdough. I also tested to see if preheating the baker changes anything. I used the King Arthur French-Style Baguette Recipe. I increased the hydration percentage to make it more fluffy and airy.
