I created this video as a quick overview of how to upgrade your Nextcloud AIO install. It's not always easy to understand exactly how something is intended to work,s o a video cnan help make it a bit simpler.
The TL;DR of it all is:
1. Use Docker to stop the apache service (container):
docker stop nextcloud-aio-apache
2. Login to the AIO Admin interface at the IP address of your Nextcloud AIO server on port 8080, using https as the protocol:
https://192.168.1.
12:8080 for example
3. Create a backup of the AIO data using the built in Admin function.
4. Update the Master Container if it has an update available.
5. Update the other Containers after the Master Container is up to date.
6. Start using your updated Nextcloud AIO.
