How To Test and Fix A Brushless Generator

A local subscriber tracked me down after his 9000 watt Gillette GEN-PRO generator stopped making power. Its a very well built machine powered by a Briggs and Stratton Vanguard v-twin engine. The manufacturer claims it produces less then 7% total harmonic distortion (THD). If true, then this will be the cleanest non-inverter generator I have tested.
