How to Mount an Engine to an Engine Stand (FOOL PROOF)

In this video, we strip the engine block down to the point where we can mount it on our engine stand. Since removing it from the engine bay, there a a few things to strip. I was somewhat skeptical with only installing 4 small m10x1.5 bolts through the engine stand and into the engine block. They were grade 8 bolts and I was informed that they would indeed be strong enough, but it just doesn’t feel right. Anyways, if you are looking to buy the same bolts I used to mount my engine to the engine stand, you will need M10x1.5 x 100mm bolts, 4 of them to be more specific, along with 2 M10x1.5 nuts. On a side note, getting some kitty litter will 100% be helpful since if you’re taking your engine apart, there are many different fluids that will spill onto the ground, so be sure to get some to clean up your messes (I wish I was sponsored by arm & hammer so I could get free kitty litter lol) If you are interested in any of the items found in this video have a look at the affiliate links below.
