No fancy equipment needed! ✨ Ingredients: 1 gallon of 2% milk 5-10 tablespoons of leftover Greek yogurt (as a starter) 🔥 Instructions: 1️⃣ Boil the milk – Heat 1 gallon of milk until it reaches a boil. 2️⃣ Cool it down – Let the milk cool to 105-110°F. 3️⃣ Add the yogurt starter – Mix in your leftover Greek yogurt. 4️⃣ Let it sit – Cover with a lid and towel, then let it ferment for 14-48 hours (mine was ready in just 14 hours!). 5️⃣ Strain for thickness – For ultra-thick yogurt, strain through cheesecloth for 12 hours.
