The number of mooncakes make is for reference only. I used more bean paste because I use larger tip and piped more layers. I prefer my mooncakes with more bean paste and less filling. If using smaller tip, like tip 104 for petals, you can increase the filling accordingly. *Oven temperature and baking time is for reference only. Remember to bake at low temperature.
