How to make eye lids for puppet eyes

In this video, I am making eye lids for my monster puppet's eyes. I am using sign board as the base, heat gun, polar fleece, and 2mm eva foam. Every eye lid should be custom designed for each eye since its mesaures vary. First you measure the top width of the eye and make a pattern of the eye lid. Then cut out the lid using on the sign board and make a slight curve to fully cover the top part of the eye. Use heat gun for this. Then cover the 3/4 of the lid with polar fleece leaving 1/4 space for the black eva line. Glue the black line. Dont forget to leave some extra off the both polar fleece and black eva so you can glue the extra to to the back of the sign board. The precision and clean work is the key.
