How to Make an Epic Control Box! Vintage Machine gets even more Awesome?

Probably a bit over the top but it was fun to make with a few cool elements to it. I'd love to know if you thought it was worth the effort or should I have made something more simple and moved on to another project? Even though I worked out the rpm's for all four belt positions I doubt it will ever move off the second pulley as it gives me a wide range of 200-2100 rpm.
