Welcome back to the channel!! Come along with us today on a budget meat haul. We recently attempteted to purchase beef from a local source. The experience did not go well and we were left trying to figure out how to purchase beef affordably, without breaking our budget. On the homestead we are working on growing more and more of our own food. Currently beef isn't a meat source that we are raising on the Homestead. I don't know how the economy is where you are or what meat prices are where you live. But, here they are through the roof! We haven't been able to afford to buy steaks, roasts, stew meat and even cube steaks are out of the budget for us. For a while now if we bought beef it was only hamburger and even that was expensive! We are trying to be super frugal! Well, we think we found a way to include other cuts of beef into our freezer without paying inflation prices. We Headed to Costco for some Chuck Rolls. Chuck rolls offer so much versatility when it come to beef. Watch what we do/get out of them! Plus this would work great for any folks out there doing the carnivore diet! Give the video a watch!
