How to e-scout (electronic scout) for spring black bears. Before heading into the mountains after black bears this spring it's a good idea to try and do some homework before you step outside. Using online mapping tools like OnX and Google Earth can be great tools to point you in the right direction before you even set foot on the public lands you plan to hunt.
