How to do The Basic Pole Plant in Skiing

The pole plant can make a huge difference in your skiing! In this skiing lesson, I share my best tips on how to do a good pole plant, so you can practice and learn good pole planting fast. If done in a poor way, the pole plant will disturb your balance and make your skiing suffer. If done in a good way, it will support your balance and make the whole body work together. A good pole plant will also help you ski with more flow and maintain a nice rhythm, that will make it even easier to start the next turn.
