How to create timelapse video from images in Camtasia | Camtasia Time Lapse Tutorial
In this Camtasia tutorial, we look at how we can create a time-lapse animation in Camtasia from individual images/photos in sequence. And I don't mean animating objects designed in Camtasia, but if you shoot photos, in a time-lapse fashion, take different photos of some action with your camera and bring them all into your project, I want to show you how you can assemble that image sequence into an animation in Camtasia. There's a little bit of configuration to be done, but then it's very easy, I will show you how to import the images in Techsmith Camtasia, how to decide and set up how long each frame should be, by default, so you don't have to adjust the duration of each image separately. Camtasia doesn't automatically convert a sequence of images to video but you can import them all and create them into a group, so they can all be adjusted together, cropped, moved, resized, duplicated, effects applied to the entire sequence and more. In this tutorial, we also look at how we can crop our sequence of images, adjust the sides, corners, remove unwanted elements from the images (if they are in the same place on all of them) and make the image sequence fit the HD screen again without having black bars around it. We then apply effects to the whole sequence, apply some LUTs for colour grading and adjust colour, light balance, contrast and all that.
