In this video, i’ll show you how to create a cut out paper text effect in Photopea, using several stacked layer styles such as inner shadows, bevel and emboss, drop shadows and colour overlay to create the effect, whilst keeping the text completely live, so it can be easily changed at any time and retain the effect.
