How to Check & Understand Image Resolution on Photoshop & ACR

In this video I attempt to shed some light on the often confusing concept of image resolution. I show you how to check your image resolution in both Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Camera RAW (ACR). I explain the difference between pixel count and PPI (pixels per inch) and how you can correctly change either depending on whether you want to print or display your images on the Internet. To set for web, the ppi doesn't matter but the pixel count does. But ppi matters when setting for print. NOTE: It's been brought to my attention that images displayed at 72ppi for web is incorrect. Well in fact the ppi will vary depending on the native resolution of your monitor, but either way it's still true that the ppi is irrelevant when setting for the web.
