Not even a decade earlier, it was an irrelevant, burnt-out shell that was extremely unlikely to ever reclaim its former glory, let alone become anything more substantial. This video extensively covers Top Gear's origins, the aura of Jeremy Clarkson, and the beginning of the show’s rise following the premiere of the 2002 format. Part 2 will focus on the 10 years the trio of Clarkson, Hammond and May worked together to turn the show into a giant, as well as everything that happened afterwards. Decided it would probably be best to split the video up into two, that way I can account viewer opinions on what I'm doing and alter the second half based on these opinions. It was also easier to render this way, and will help serve as a "hook" to subscribers and passive viewers, as well as those not currently on the Discord. Soundtrack is also likely temporamental, a couple of tracks I did feature originally had to be removed and I will source similar-sounding replacements once the dust has settled. I also have the feeling I may have buried one or two tracks a bit too deep in the mix, blame my headphones :P
