I use it when creating an illustration, or a larger video productions. This is the mindset that I use when when a problem needs some creativity. If you're reading this after watching the video, here's the key takeaway: I approach a task in two phases. 1) Firstly a divergent, branching out phase, where the goal is grow and expand the creative material. 2) Followed by a convergent, honing in phase. Reducing, and connecting things together.
