This is far from a complete list of things that I do to look after myself, now that I know I'm autistic and am choosing to live medication-free. But it's a start!
I am definitely not saying that I have it all figured out! I still have a long way to go before I feel like I'm really emotionally mature. But I'm proud of the progress I've made compared to where I was in my twenties.

I was actually wrong about the herbs that I was given, whoops, they didn't include valerian root. I do drink a tea that contains valerian root though.
The concoction of tinctures was made up of 20ml each of St John's Wort, Rehmannia and Vervain, 30ml of Shatavari and 10ml Withania/Ashwagandha. I took 5ml twice daily. I'm not sure what strength the tinctures were though.
Another variation on this, that was also great, contained less St John's Wort, and Oats instead of Ashwagandha.
