DINO DINOVIC is Night City's relatively underwhelming fixer of the City Center. BUT WHAT IF... he's actually got us ALL fooled? What if Dino is playing 4D chess, and is actually the most powerful fixer we can technically meet in 2077? That sounds so funny and untrue, but GENUINELY, I had a lot of fun with this half-theory, half analysis. Did not expect to come out of my Dino research thinking anything even remotely interesting about him.
