How care sets your art apart

While this wasn’t my first time in Japan, it was my first time experiencing SNOW and the NORTH of Japan ❄️ I am lactose intolerant, but the amount of dairy Yue and I ate is insane—because Hokkaido’s milk is just that good! It’s famous for being super fresh and creamy, thanks to the open fields and the tending that goes into raising the cows, which just goes to show you another level of care. I reflected a lot about craftsmanship during this trip and the level of detail that goes into everything here, as opposed to visiting other countries where that same attention to detail wasn’t as present.
