Ann Weiser Cornell, PhD, is an author, educator, and worldwide authority on Focusing, the emotional self-healing method developed by her close colleague, Eugene Gendlin. She has taught Focusing in more than 20 countries over the past 30 years. With her colleague Barbara McGavin, Dr. Cornell developed a system and technique called Inner Relationship Focusing.
