On the 16th of August 2004, the village of Boscastle in Cornwall England, was hit by one of the worst flash floods in British history. The scenes of a 10ft wave sweeping cars and buildings into the sea were reported across the world. Andy saw that storm, he was nerby on holiday. 20 years on we've been given access to local archives and he's making the trip to Boscastle to spend time with residents, and search & rescue personnel to show you how one storm destroyed a community and what happened in the aftermath to try and save it.
