House was a DUMPING GROUND, forcing the city to post a WARNING

I was driving down the main road when I looked down this side street and saw an overgrown lawn a few houses down. I went to see what was going on and the entire house was boarded up. There was a big red sign posted by the city saying dumping is illegal and could result in imprisonment. So I decided to talk to the neighbor across the street to see what was going on. She told me that the owner passed away, it got boarded up, and nobody ever cuts the grass. There were some people trying to squat in the house but she didn’t know much more.
