Hoka Hey 2024 Days 8, 9

Hoka Hey Motorcycle Challenge, Days 8 and 9 , sent Pete #1008 and myself through Montana, and into Canada, into Alberta and British Columbia, where we spent the night at the so called "Hoka Hey check point" Nice weather very smokey from all the fires in Canada. Hit the 3rd check point at Missoula MT. the check point was at Grizzly HD, but they were closed and had other things to do. But, there was some nice people staying there to man the check point. But it was very disappointing that they were closed. Had to get cleaned up at a gas station. Hand to make a cheat sheet for the speed conversion for Canada. Spent the night under cover from an abandoned gas station at Junction 37 on the Alcan. Had a weird experience where we thought there were children spying and sneaking around even though all was abandoned around. They were ghost children, we could see them and hear them but when we went to talk with them, they were not there.
