History of the Polish Borders - Curzon-line and Oder-Neisse explained
In this video we are discussing Poland's borders to its neighbouring countries and look at the historical development of the Polish territory to explain why they ended up there. We are looking at its Western border, which is defined by the Oder-Neisse line, the Eastern border, which is dominated by the Curzon-line, and at Poland's Southern border towards Slovakia and Czechia. We are aware that giving exact dates for a physical expression like a country border can be tricky and prone to oversimplification, so we welcome any constructive criticism and debates in the comments and our Discord server.
