A healthy breakfast doesn't have to be complicated. This simple oatmeal recipe with apple is the perfect option to start the day. It is rich in fiber, vegan, sugar-free, delicious and cooks very quickly. Suitable for anyone who wants to eat right and be energetic in the morning.

Mix all ingredients.
In the oven at 200°C/400°F/30 minutes.

Peel and slice the bananas.
Walnuts 150g.
Chop the bananas in a blender.
Lemon juice.
Grind the walnuts in a blender.
Combine the bananas and walnuts and mix well.

Oven for 20 minutes at 200C/400F.
