Global Agility Experiment
Experiment: global agility Problem: The definition of "business agility" is not clear. There are a range of really hard problems that agile can solve, but the people facing those problems don't even know what agile is, let alone that they should engage an agile coach into the team. These opportunities are not about scaling agile, but about applying agile in the right place to create big change. So we cannot count on large agile companies or scaling frameworks to connect agilists with these incredible opportunities. Hypothesis: If we could sharpen the business agility taxonomy, more people would pull agile coaches into the worlds toughest problems! Agile could fuel amazing results far more often! Time Frame: 3 months, ask pivot or persevere: every two weeks Typical Outcomes: Decrease time to create effective solutions to complex problems, increase quality of the solutions created, increase engagement of the people working to solve the problems, increase transparency of the progress towards goals Skill Growth Criteria: You have connected an agile coach with a group of people trying to solve a complex human issue. You have formed the people into an agile team or scaled agile team. The team(s) have embraced agile mindset, behaviors and tools and used that to produce their first results. Shirt Today: alpha prime
