TL;DW: If you want to get good clients, here's what's worked for me: 1. Shoot all the shots. DM everyone. Walk into every coffee shop in a 50 mile radius. Ask. Ask. ASK! 99 rejections don't compare to 1 acceptance. Promise. Best feeling in the world is when you land a client, work well with them, and deliver some stellar work. 2. Scratch some backs. Do favors for folks. Give someone a 20% discount 3. Collaboration is king. If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together. Teamwork makes the dream work. Bigger clients require a bigger crew. If you want to avoid burnout, you gotta have a blast doing this. Best way to do that is with friends. Hope this serves you well.
