Get An Allowance? Pay Child Support

Tyler Kennedy is bringing his ex to court to get some help in regards to child support. Jennifer Kennedy is with a new partner and lives off of an allowance provided by said partner. Will the partner's income be considered hers, as well or is her allowance the only form of income to consider?
