GE2025 results wrap: PAP wins landslide victory, WP retains Aljunied, Sengkang and Hougang

The ruling People's Action Party (PAP) has won a landslide victory in GE2025 after securing a two-thirds majority in parliament with 65.57% of the national vote. This is Prime Minister Lawrence Wong's first electoral test as leader of the government. The PAP has taken almost all single-seat wards, including Jalan Kayu, putting labour chief Ng Chee Meng back in parliament. It has also won most GRCs, including Mr Wong's constituency of Marsiling-Yew Tee and Punggol, which is led by Deputy Prime Minister Gan Kim Yong.
