I've created this in depth FULL BODY stretching routine for much greater flexibility! This works for dancers, gymnasts, cheerleaders, figure skaters, fitness lovers, yogis, ANYONE!!
I wanted to give you guys some different variations so you don't have to do the same old routine every time : ) This routine is NOT for beginners!
Make sure to warm up before the video! I recommend doing 150 jumping jacks.
