French Onion Burger

French onion soup is so frickin' good. It really is. But so often, I feel like it's this sad, watery bowl of lazily made broth with a few bits of onions that are most definitely not caramelized. Today I'm taking French onion soup to the next level with an insane french onion burger. This french onion burger has the best of the best all around. A soft, fluffy homemade bun, some deeply caramelized onions, some Japanese wagyu, grated Gruyere cheese, and a delicious beef stock glaze. This was, to put it simply, one of the best five burgers I've ever experienced.
