It’s time to complete this cylinder rebuild! 💪 In Part 2, we take the 10-tonne forklift steering cylinder to the next level. Watch to see the entire process including machining a brand-new barrel on the lathe, welding on the mounts, cutting internal threads, and drilling oil port holes on the mill. We then hone the barrel’s ID for a flawless finish before installing the new seals, reassembling the cylinder, and completing the job with a fresh coat of paint. Watch as we bring this cylinder back to life and make it ready for heavy-duty action once again!
