In this, the first part of my interview with "Kluso" Tollini, he talks about preparing for war, his time flying the Eagle at Kedena AB, Japan, and the planning process for getting ready to lead the first fighter sweep into Iraq that first night, Jan 17 1991. In the second part of our interview, he'll describe leading his formation into Iraq through thunderstorms and lightning, and his wingman (JB Kelk) scoring the very first kill of the war.
