Fluffy & Healthy Bread with Walnuts & Jam Simple & Delicious Recipe
配方 Ingredients:
鸡蛋1个 (60克)
1 egg (60 g)
温牛奶210毫升
Warm milk 210 ml
速发干酵母3克(1 茶匙)
Instant dry yeast 3 g (1 tsp)
白糖15克-30克 (1-2 汤匙)
White sugar 15 g - 30 g (1-2 tbsp)
中筋面粉或通用面粉350克(2.5杯)
Plain flour/all purpose flour 350 g(2.5 cup)
盐3克 ( 1/2茶匙)
Salt 3 g (1/2 tsp)
植物油15毫升(1汤匙)
Vegetable oil 15 ml (1 tbsp)
果酱(桃酱或其他果酱)6汤匙
Jam (peach Jam or any other Jam) (6 tbsp)
蔓越莓干或葡萄干50克
Dried cranberries or raisin 50 g
核桃仁60克
Walnuts 60 g
烤盘33*23厘米
Pan size: 33*23 cm
预热的烤箱180摄氏度/356华氏度烤18分钟至金黄
Preheated oven at 180℃/356 ℉ bake for 18 minutes until golden brown
