This is part two of our Hurricane Helene flooded storage unit update. This was filmed on Oct 6 - 12, 2024. FROM PART ONE: We were not prepared for Hurricane Helene to reach us in the mountains of Western North Carolina. Asheville was hit hard. On Friday, September 27, 2024, we were supposed to leave for Walt Disney World for a girl's trip for Blaire's birthday. Instead, we were trapped by the damage from the hurricane. Our area had devastating flooding and downed power lines. There is no power, internet or cell service. Will we get to Florida? In this vlog you will see some of the hurricane damage, plus our flooded storage unit. We did make it to Disney World, so there are a few clips of our vacation included.
