Flipping Clothes That Don't Fit Me So They Fit Me

I started this video with the idea of tackling 4 projects but I only managed to finish 2. I also started this video over a month ago... Anyway, it is here now. I have a skirt that doesn't fit anymore but I still love the feel and print of, so i decided to try modifying it so it would fit. This was a very simple alteration but it worked quite well. I also wanted to thrift flip a top that I bought too large for me because i had a feeling I would be able to make it work.
