Fixing Runout In An ER40 Collet Chuck

In my previous video, I made an ER40 collet chuck with an NT40 arbor. Unfortunately it had too much runout to be useful, so it was either fix it or scrap it. With the benefit of some good advice from helpful viewers, I worked out a plan to fix it. This is how I re-machined the arbor to eliminate the problem and save the part.
