In this episode we take the Shallow Sport X3 offshore fishing in the Islamorada. After catching live bait we head to the most famous fishing spot in the Florida Keys! The HUMPS! We catch a bunch of Blackfin Tuna and then get into a pile of mahi! Back at home we fillet the fish and then take the fresh tuna to Sushi Sake.
