FILTERS ARE POWERFUL
Some tasks in Revit require a filter to isolate the specific items that you want to effect a graphic change to (turn it off, change lineweight, change surface color or material, etc.). There are two main types of Filters: Selection-Based and Rule-Based.
Filters seem to be one of the most underutilized features in Revit, but once we demystify them in this Revit Tip, you will hopefully see how you can use them on your next project.
