AIAOC does not report units after the dated program. Sustainability is an oft-discussed design term; yet there is confusion about what it is and how to use new (and existing) technologies to achieve sustainable building designs. This course helps professionals understand 1) how to define sustainability and its role in the built environment; 2) what benefits it can provide to people, buildings, and businesses; and 3) how to practically apply best practices in the design of lighting controls and shading solutions that facilitate and support sustainable spaces.
