Fallout New Vegas But EVERYTHING Is Randomized - Day 1

In a truly randomized New Vegas I truly didn't believe we'd be able to get anything done but despite the fact every door leads to a random location, every enemy is a random different enemy, every npc has random equipment and everybody is a random size, I managed to far exceed my expectations.
