Expedition Newfoundland | Episode 2 | Travel Documentary

Our adventure continues to Lance aux Meadows where vikings once roamed and continues to small remote towns on the great northern peninsula. We head to Englee a small fishing town on the Eastern coast of the peninsula. Our first camp spot doesn’t pan out so we head to a backup site that turns out to be the perfect spot on a mountain lake. Perfect sunsets and weather. With a good dinner from our Overland Trailer the XVenture XV3. With pull out Galley system. We also get a rare treat of seeing a 1941 Bombardier B-12 snow bus. Then we head off of Newfoundlands northern peninsula down to the (mostly) abandoned town Round Harbor where we meet our first humpback whale! Then we camp on some epic cliffs overlooking the North Atlantic above the town of LaScie. We spend the afternoon watching humpback whales play in the bay. Followed by a a visit to iconic Twillingate. We get some epic Lobster Rolls. Unfortunately a sickness may cut our trip short.
